Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to add payment details to start?
Yes. Plan setup is required when you create your organization. You start with a 7-day free trial, and billing begins automatically unless canceled in Lemon Squeezy before trial ends.
What if I cancel or billing fails?
DNS still works as a normal resolver by forwarding upstream. Your custom 1zDNS rules are paused until billing is active again.
Is my data kept within Europe?
Absolutely. All infrastructure and data stays within EU borders. We never transfer data outside the EU, and we're fully GDPR compliant with transparent data handling policies.
Do you log my DNS queries?
We keep only aggregated query analytics, and retention is limited to up to 7 days based on your dashboard setting. We do not sell your data.
How are payments handled?
Payments are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy. Supported methods and pricing are shown at checkout in your local currency.
