5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

After 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are provided for free plans or services already consumed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1zDNS and OhMySMTP LTD are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
